Golf Equipment is allocated by our vendors. We hold auctions every week, where you can bid on golf equipment you want to buy. If your price is the highest among all the bidders, the golf equipment will be reserved for you to buy.
R500 deposit to be paid when you register for auction on the Golf Genie Website.
Yes, if you haven't bought any golf equipment on auction. You can also deduct your deposit off your invoice amount. Alternatively, you can leave your deposit with us and join our loyalty programme as a Golf Genie Member, which means faster registration for any future auctions.
All payments must be done via SID, as soon as you have won the auction
Golf Genie charges a 5% administration/commission fee of the sale price.
Due to the nature of the auction golf equipment will not be able to be viewed before auction however you have 24 to inspect the golf equipment once purchased to make sure you are 100% happy that the golf equipment is as described in the auction. Golf equipment returns will be for the purchases account.

The auctions will be conducted strictly and exclusively online.
Please note that only SID payments are accepted.
Registration/bidding deposit of R500 eft (electronic funds transfer). Refundable for unsuccessful bids only. Please note that bidding deposits for unsuccessful bids will be refunded between 7 and 10 days after the auction if requested.
All persons, by participating in any of our auctions, agree that we may independently verify their identification and address documents through secure and approved third party systems.
Bid rigging and collusion is a crime and a violation of antitrust laws, and will not be tolerated. Anyone found engaging in this activity will have their bidding privileges permanently revoked and will be reported to the authorities which could result in prosecution.
All purchases are subject to 5% administration/commission on the total amount unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the particular auction.
Online live bids from valid registered buyers are permitted and are subject to all the same stringent criteria as other bidding types.
Only registered buyers are permitted to bid on an auction. Any person intending to bid must register first – no exceptions will be allowed.
Every lot will be sold as-is, where is, with no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. All information regarding the lots in the catalogue are statements of opinion only and shall never imply any guarantees as to the correctness of any information supplied either verbally or in writing about any lot. The buyer is responsible for checking the goods and in making a bid shall be deemed to have made himself fully acquainted with the goods for which he bids.
All goods are sold without any warranties whatsoever and the vehicle suppliers and Golf Genie are not liable to discharge the duty of repair on golf equipment.
